Who is the rightful Chief of the Joyces?

The Standing Council of Irish Chiefs and Chieftains (Irish: Buanchomhairle Thaoisigh Éireann) is an organisation which was established in 1991 by the then President of Ireland, Dr Mary Robinson, to bring together the Chiefs of the Name of the Gaelic nobility of Ireland as then recognised by the Chief Herald of Ireland.

As far as I can determine the Chief of the Joyce Family was named as Patrick Francis JOYCE, (New Hall House, Ennis, Co. Clare) who died on Aug. 15, 2011 at his home (peacefully) with his niece and greatnephew.

In contacting the Council recently we have found that no member of his family has contacted them in relation to a successor. If anyone knows how to contact members of that family I would be really interested in knowing who they may be.
