JOYCE v. JOYCE. ‘

HOBART, Monday.-Mr. Justice Crisp presided at a sitting at the Supreme Court to-day.

In the divorce suit of Joyce v.Joyce, the petitioner, Thomas Joyce,linesman, in the Federal telegraph service, living at Launceston, sought a dissolution of his marriage with Edna (?)Joyce, on the ground of desertion.

The petitioner said he was marriedin 1903, and they lived together untilhe wont, to the war. On his returnin 1910 his wife was cool to him, andshe refused to have anything to dowith him. Eventually she left him andwent to South Australia. He has beenallowing her 10/ a week for each of the two children.

A decree nisi was granted.
