Searching for Descendants of William Lincoln Joyce and Mary Joyce of Attleboro, Massachusetts

William Lincoln Joyce (William Joyce) was a silversmith in Attleboro, Massachusetts in 1900.  William Joyce was born on February 3, 1963.  He married Mary in about 1884.

William’s mother Catherine Joyce was born in June 1824 in Ireland, she immigrated to the United States in 1848, and had only one child in 1963 and in 1900 she lived with William and Mary and their family in Attleboro.  Catherine Joyce died in on August 23, 1900 or about 1905 at age 80.  She could not read or write and the census lists that she could not speak English (although this may have been because she died of senility).  Her parents were William Keating and Katherine Trahon both of whom were born in Ireland.  Her husand was Michael Joyce, also born in Ireland.

William and Mary Joyce had seven children, all of whom lived:

Edward Joyce born June 1885 in Attleboro (Mass Vital Records: 358 / 95)

Ellen Louise Joyce (Flavin) born November 1886 (Mass Vital Records: 367 / 94)

Mary J. Joyce born February 1888

William J. Joyce born June 1889 in North Attleborough

John Patrick Joyce born January 1891 in North Attleborough (Mass Vital Records 412/243)

Maurice Joyce born June 1893

Catherine Cordelia Joyce born October 1899 in North Attleborough (Mass Vital Records 484 / 311)

William Joyce and his family lived in North Attleboro on Spring Street according to the 1900 census:

Ellen Louise Joyce Flavin was my great-grandmother.  She married Charles Leo Flavin and they lived at 14 Forest Street, Attleboro, Massachusetts.  Charles and Ellen Flavin had three children: Grace Flavin, Ruth Flavin, and John T. Flavin.

Grace Flavin was my grandmother and my daughter’s middle name is Grace for her.

I am looking for distant cousins from the Joyce or Flavin families.  Please leave a comment if you have any information on these families.
