Joyce; devoted daughter of Bruno J. and Sheila Lucarelli (nee O’Brien); dear sister of Cynthia (Jim) Fitzpatrick, Suzanne Lehman, Bruno (Rachelle) Lucarelli, Lydia (Tim) Diassi and Maura Lucarelli; loving aunt of 32 nieces and nephews. JOYCE– Lizanne Lucarelli. Age 56, Glenview, IL. Lizanne Joyce (nee Lucarelli), 56, of Glenview, IL, passed away Tuesday, October 9, 2012, at Northwestern University Hospital, Evanston, IL with her loving family by her side. Lizanne was born August 18, 1956 in San Francisco, CA. Lizanne was raised in West Deal, NJ. Attended St. Mary Grammar School, West Deal, NJ, St. Rose High School, Belmar, New Jersey (Class of 1974), and Marymount University, Arlington, VA (Class of 1977). Lizanne is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Michael T. Joyce; and her children, Michael Thomas Jr., Christopher Bruno, Catherine “Toddy” and Luke Geary Joyce; Most amazing sports “Mom.” Her love of books, love of family and her zest for life were most important to Lizanne. Loving daughter of Bruno J. Lucarelli Jr. and Sheila Lucarelli nee O’Brien of Lakewood, NJ, dear sister of Cynthia (Jim) Fitzpatrick, Suzanne Lucarelli Lehman, Bruno J. III (Rachelle) Lucarelli, Lydia (Tim) Diassi and Maura Lucarelli, loving aunt of 32 nieces and nephews, devoted niece and cousin to many. Lizanne was like no other. An inspiration throughout her wonderful life. From the Jersey Shore to Georgetown days, where she met her beloved Michael of 34 years. Her amazing perfection in raising their four incredible children was unsurpassed. Her voracious love of reading, The New York Times crossword in ink, contributing to her community and church, Faith Hope and Charity in Winnetka, IL, to abundance of love for her family, she was always the shinning star who stood out above the rest. Her quest for knowledge and her thirst for life was admirable to all who knew and loved her. Over 1700 people attended her services in Illinois…a great tribute to the remarkable woman that she is and always will be to her beloved family and friends. Lizanne’s spirit will forever be guiding us and we can be sure that our heavy hearts will be lightened, knowing that she is planning one of our notorious family reunions with the Lord, as only she could do it, so the laughter may continue. Until we meet again our dear Lizanne for that fabulous reunion our lives will never be the same. We love you Lizanne.
