Allyn A. Joyce, 83 of Rocky Hill died Friday, November 30, 2012 at the University Medical Center at Princeton, Plainsboro. Born in Albany, NY he resided most of his life in Rocky Hill. He was a United States Korean War Veteran. Allyn retired in 1991, with over forty years of service as a financial analyst with Management Planning, Princeton. He was an avid bicycler, hiker, world traveler, and New York Times reader as well as a lover of opera and classical music. Son of the late Arthur A. and Louise Joyce, he is survived by his wife of 18 years Josiane E. Jameux-Joyce, two sons Arthur and Sean Joyce, a daughter Jennifer Joyce, two step daughters Ghislaine Darden, Nathalie Darden, a brother Don Joyce, two sisters Sr. Martha Joyce, Mary Testa, 9 grandchildren, Brendan Joyce, Matthew Joyce, Ella LaFontant, Lynn Joyce, Nicola Caputo, Genevieve Caputo, Olivia Caputo, Yannick Lyons and Lucien Lyons. The funeral service will be held 1 P.M. on Tuesday December 4th, 2012 at the Mather-Hodge Funeral Home 40 Vandeventer Avenue, Princeton. Burial will follow in the Rocky Hill Cemetery.
